Si vous ne voyez que le but final, il peut vous sembler tellement loin que cela vous d\u00e9motivera&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"conseil-2-mangez-sainement\">Conseil #2 : Mangez sainement !<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 est fini, l&rsquo;hiver pointe le bout de son nez. Finies les tenues l\u00e9g\u00e8res et la plage, <a href=\"http:\/\/kevinragonneau.fr\/blog\/fin-novembre-fin-mai\/\">les pulls sont de retour<\/a>.<br \/>\nMalheureusement, certains profitent de cette p\u00e9riode pour se l\u00e2cher compl\u00e8tement et mange de tout et n&rsquo;importe quoi &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mais <strong>prise de masse<\/strong> est bien diff\u00e9rent de prise de graisse !<br \/>\nPendant votre prise de masse, vous devez garder une hygi\u00e8ne alimentaire tr\u00e8s saine, en augmentant simplement votre apport calorique afin de cr\u00e9er un surplus de 5 \u00e0 10% par rapport \u00e0 vos besoins.<br \/>\nCela vous permettra de garder un physique correct m\u00eame pendant votre <strong>prise de masse<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLe but est que lorsque la p\u00e9riode de s\u00e8che arrive, cela vous \u00e9vitera de devoir perdre 15kg de graisse acquis pendant l&rsquo;hiver&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"conseil-3-levez-le-pied-sur-le-cardio\">Conseil #3 :\u00a0Levez le pied sur le cardio !<\/h2>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez d\u00e9velopper le plus rapidement possible votre masse musculaire, il faudra lever le pied sur le cardio dans votre <a href=\"http:\/\/kevinragonneau.fr\/blog\/programme-pectoraux-biceps\/\">programme de musculation<\/a>, qui aura plus tendance \u00e0 vous affiner&#8230;<br \/>\nAttention, je ne dis pas de le supprimer compl\u00e8tement, mais \u00e9vitez simplement de faire 1h de cardio par jour, sinon votre <strong>prise de masse<\/strong> risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre fortement ralentie.<\/p>\n<p>Voila 3 conseils \u00e0 suivre pour vous permettre de d\u00e9velopper plus rapidement votre masse musculaire pendant votre <strong>prise de masse<\/strong>, tout en\u00a0\u00e9vitant de faire grimper votre taux de masse grasse trop haut.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La prise de masse est une p\u00e9riode incontournable pour tout pratiquant de musculation !
