Il est compos\u00e9 de 4 exercices<strong> pour avoir un physique athl\u00e9tique, bien ferme &amp; tonique.<\/strong>\u00a0 Vous travaillerez avec ce circuit l&rsquo;ensemble du corps <strong>(cuisses<\/strong>,<strong> pectoraux<\/strong>,<strong> dos <\/strong>,<strong> bras<\/strong>,<strong> \u00e9paules<\/strong>,<strong> fessiers<\/strong>,<strong> abdos<\/strong>&#8230;) ainsi que votre cardio qui sera mis \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve, c&rsquo;est pour cela que cet entra\u00eenement est vraiment tr\u00e8s\u00a0complet ! &#8211; Le programme est disponible en vid\u00e9o \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;article \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"le-programme\">Le programme :<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>5 pompes ;<\/li>\n<li>5 tirades pench\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>5 \u00e9paul\u00e9s jet\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>5 squats ;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&gt; 5 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions sur chaque mouvement ;<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Pas de temps de repos ;<\/p>\n<p>&gt;Encha\u00eener pendant 5 minutes la premi\u00e8re fois ;<\/p>\n<p>&gt; Ajouter 30 secondes \u00e0 la s\u00e9ance suivante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pouvoir tenir 10mn<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que vous avez r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 tenir 10 mn, je vous conseille de changer de programme avant de pouvoir revenir sur celui-ci (en augmentant la charge). Pourquoi ne pas en profiter pour essayer le\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/kevinragonneau.fr\/blog\/le-circuit-roumain\/\">circuit roumain<\/a>\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mes-conseils-pour-ce-programme\">Mes conseils pour ce programme\u00a0:<\/h2>\n<p>Je vous conseille vraiment de commencer par\u00a0le minimum au niveau de la charge car ce programme est vraiment tr\u00e8s intense. Les 5 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de chaque exercice paraissent simples au premier coup d\u2019\u0153il, mais ne vous emballez surtout pas dans les premiers tours car il vous sera sinon quasiment impossible de le terminer correctement.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez sans probl\u00e8me ajouter ce programme \u00e0 une routine d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement en salle, \u00e0 condition de bien laisser reposer vos muscles entre vos s\u00e9ances.
