Leurs valeurs nutritives en font des <strong>alli\u00e9s de taille<\/strong> pour votre sant\u00e9 et aident \u00e0 <strong>renforcer votre organisme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi eux, se trouve les graines de chia et cela tombe plut\u00f4t bien puisqu&rsquo;il est l&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient principal de notre <strong>recette du jour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"les-bienfaits-des-graines-de-chia\">Les bienfaits des graines de chia<\/h2>\n<p>Les graines de chia sont relativement petites et peuvent \u00eatre confondues avec les graines de pavot. Plus digeste que les laits animaux, il en existe beaucoup : lait de soja, de coco, d&rsquo;avoine, de riz, de ch\u00e2taigne, de noisette, d&rsquo;amande, etc. A vous de choisir selon votre go\u00fbt et humeur du moment !<\/p>\n<p>Remplissez donc un bol par un tiers du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal de votre choix. Ajoutez-y deux grosses cuill\u00e8res bomb\u00e9es de <strong>graines de chia<\/strong>. M\u00e9langez bien pendant 5 minutes : les graines de chia forment un <strong>mucilage<\/strong> c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;elles vont gonfler au contact du lait et former un liquide visqueux.<\/p>\n<p>Le mieux \u00e9tant de faire cette pr\u00e9paration la veille pour <strong>gagner du temps au\u00a0r\u00e9veil<\/strong>.
